STYLE UPDATE & REFRESH
Sometimes our homes need a revamp, restyle, freshen up.
I visit with you in your home and we discuss what you might like to change or add. Art, plants, décor, new furniture, rugs etc.
Together we create a list of things you would love, I then source, install and style these, leaving your home feeling new, fresh and stunning. I can do this with or for you. ONE ROOM OR ONE ROOM AT A TIME
Be it only one room your needing help with or the entire house, I work in with your time frame and budget.
Refreshing just your bedroom or lounge room can be life changing. Who doesn't love new, clean, fresh linen or a stunning new couch cushions and rug all beautifully styled?
During a consult we discuss what you would love your home to be like and come up with a timetable to achieve your décor and furniture dreams.
CHILDRENS BEDROOM AGE UPDATE
Babies, toddlers, young children and teens- all have their own requirements and aesthetic when it comes to bedrooms.
I collaborate with parents and their children (where plausible) about the wants and needs reflective of the age and personalities of the children. Incorporating the child's vision with the functionality and practicality of keeping the room tidy, fun and fabulous to look at.
I then come up with a design, colour scheme, theme and source the required stock, install and style it all leaving you with a space your child will all feel proud of and want to spend time in.
HOME EDITING, DECLUTTERING AND STYLING
Visiting with you in your home together we go through as many rooms as you feel you would like help with.
Together we decide what to keep, store, move on, sell, give away or throw out. I then style what is left only adding new furniture décor, plants etc if desired, all of which I will source, book deliveries, trades if needed for example cabinet makers, electricians etc then I install and style everything. Leaving you with a fresh, beautifully decluttered, functional and organised space to enjoy and be proud of.

Booking a consultation with me will help you decide what you may need help with, what kind of a budget you will need, time frames, logistics and a running order of tasks. It may all feel a little overwhelming at first, or perhaps you just don't know where to start. I can help recognise the areas you may or may not need help with, and together we make a plan. No two houses are the same. Your house and your vision will be consulted on specifically, there is no one size fits all. My experience, natural aptitude and ability for this profession is what you need to get started to create the home of your dreams.

We start with a home consult where we establish what is needed and wanted. Then, we go shopping!
This is always a fun day, week or however long it takes to find the perfect pieces for you and your home. Be it a new sofa, bed, dining table, plants, décor, art, rugs etc... the options are endless and so is my desire to find them for and with you!
HOME ORGANISING
A great idea for anyone wanting a fresh and functional new look for everything. Particularly great for kitchens, pantry’s, linen cupboards and walk in robes, kids play rooms, storage spaces etc...
I visit with you in your home and we establish what areas you would like help with organising. I then source the perfect storage solutions for the project then install and style them, organising the space and its contents at the same time. Creating a new and improved, easy to maintain area for continued use. A place for everything and everything in its place will bring your space peace and ease.
SALE OF PROPERTY - EDITING & STYLING
Getting your property ready to be sold is an overwhelming process.
At consultation we will discuss what needs to be done and how to go about it. Using the method - Keep, Store, Sell, Move on. The client and I move around the home deciding what will stay and what will go to get the best look and functionality out of the space plus making it enticing to buyers.
Once we have established what will remain and what will leave, I style what is remaining. Adding new décor and furnishings only if needed or wanted. The property is then ready for photos to be taken and for home opens to begin.
AIR BnB SET UP
Setting up a home to be put on Air BnB is a massive undertaking and I love it! Phaedra's Style has created a master list of essential inclusions, that make visitors love their stay and home owners popular for bookings. This curated list makes it easy for the client to audit the home after each stay, and replace disposables as needed.
Great quality linen and the correct amount of it, is just the start of what is a very comprehensive and important list to fill if you want your Air BnB property to be successful. Guests return to well equipped and comfortable homes and I make sure your property is just that.
After establishing how many the home sleeps etc I source, install and style all that the home will need to make any guests stay memorable and comfortable, leaving them wanting to return and promote it to their friends.
CHRISTMAS DECORATING
One room, a tree or an entire home. I LOVE Christmas and decorating peoples homes for such a special time of year is a delightful part of my job.
Creating a 'go-to' decorations collection (Christmas Box), and adding to it each year, changing it up a bit each year by colour or theme is a fun way to keep the magic of Christmas alive.
I source, install and style your Christmas décor. I also show and prepare you in how to take it all down and store it all neatly and organised in containers organised by me- ready for the following year. The gift that keeps on giving!
